Older adults are particularly vulnerable to social isolation, but we can change this with your generosity!
Your past donation supported the development of a walking path that goes around three buildings in the community. While many residents use the path, it has made a lasting impact on one resident in particular. It provides him a safe place to walk, increasing his mobility, even into his 90s.
Donations also helped to purchase a new resident bus for activities, enabling ALL residents to go on outings. The previous bus was not accessible and made it so residents in wheelchairs or other mobility challenges were left behind. Thanks to your support, we were able to purchase a new bus with a wheelchair lift. Now, ALL residents can participate in resident outings.
